To make an online purchase from Teresa Alecrim, simply follow these steps:

Yes, Teresa Alecrim accepts exchanges. The deadline for exchanging an order is a maximum of 30 consecutive days after receipt of the order. To register the exchange of item(s) you need to formalize the request by e-mail to office@teresaalecrim.com.
The exchange should be made via CTT, preferably by registered mail in order to avoid loss. To do this, please include the following information in the e-mail:

Order number
Reference and size of the product to be returned.
The products must arrive perfectly intact, with labels and in their complete original packaging, without any damage, in such a condition that they can be put back on sale.
The exchange of an item is subject to stock availability.
If the exchange is for a product of a lower value, the remaining amount will be refunded by bank transfer.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
